One of Stella and Jim's favourite pastimes at the camp was listening to, watching, and identifying the many visiting birds, with the loons having a special place in their hearts. Victoria Pastry Company has maintained the same quality and charm that the bakerys customers have come to know and rely on throughout the years by using the same authentic and traditional Sicilian recipes and finest ingredients. Stella and Jim built a camp for the family on the French River where everyone enjoyed years of saunas, beautiful flowers, and bountiful vegetable gardens. Specialties: Italian cakes, cookies, italian cookies, cakes, pastries and fresh italian coffee. They also stayed in touch with, and visited, numerous relatives and in-laws in Alberta, British Columbia, California, Tennessee, England and Ukraine. Over Jim and Stella's happy 60 years together, they enjoyed cross country skiing and snow shoeing, as well as hiking and touring Canada from coast to coast.

She was in the limited series Tell Me Your Secrets, opposite Lily Rabe and Amy Brenneman and co-wrote, produced and starred in the short film Candace. As a youngster and the daughter of actors, red carpets and paparazzi were rather normalized, though she eventually grew into her own, writing and producing for film. She played the phenomenal role of Sarah Cooper. Stella Baker is no stranger to the City of Angels, despite being born in Australia.
